The Community Health Funders’ Collaborative (CHFC) invests in projects that will lead to a demonstrated impact on community health and wellness

Through focused initiatives and leveraged funding, CHFC,  a philanthropic partnership of the Columbus Foundation, Columbus Medical Association Foundation, Osteopathic Heritage Foundation and United Way of Central Ohio, is reducing the costs of identifying, exploring, prioritizing and addressing critical health care issues in our community. It serves as a catalyst for the development of cooperative approaches to health care interventions that can lead to innovative, evidence-based solutions.

In the coming year, CHFC will invest in efforts that demonstrate improvements to the community infrastructure which make it easier for residents to eat healthy foods and engage in physical activity.
