As a result, United Way of Central Ohio, the City of Columbus Office of Education and the Education Council of Franklin County collaborated to develop a comprehensive training model for staff in after school programs.
After School Counts! provides low cost, easily accessible professional development training that gives after school staff the skills they need to overcome challenges and manage high quality after school programs. Topics range from math and literacy to behavior management and conflict resolution.
