Volunteer Opportunity

Do you love art? People? Marketing? If you answered yes to any of these then Homeport by Columbus Housing Partnership would be a great place for you to volunteer! Volunteers are needed to staff the Homeport Gallery in the King Lincoln District. Job duties include: greeting customers, making sales, answering questions and proving information about the exhibit, artist, Homeport in general, NoBo and Condos on Long Street, and upcoming events.

The Homeport Gallery’s current hours are 12-6 Thursday- Sunday. However there is also a need for staffing during special events held at the gallery outside these normal business hours. Hours are somewhat flexible within the timeframe that the gallery is open. Volunteers do not need to work all of these days. Volunteers can work one day a week if preferred.
