Volunteer Opportunity

Make a difference in a child’s life by spending a few hours a week in work and play! Our Community Life Programs are in need of volunteers for several properties in Central Ohio for our Summer Programming. This position would include working with children, participating in and developing fun, educational activities; tutoring, setting up and passing out food; set up and clean up of daily activities; and chaperoning on field trip days. The children range in age from 5-13 years old.

The summer programs will start mid-June and will be held for 8 weeks. The students will be in the program from 9:00am – 3:00pm daily and will receive two meals while there. Consistency is crucial for these children so we ask that you be able to attend for the entire 8 weeks of the program, however we have several schedule options available to fit your needs! Program Assistants can volunteer anywhere from one half day per week to full days the entire week based on what schedule works best for them! As long as you can be present for the entire 8 weeks of the program at the same time for scheduling purposes.
