The Educational Council is a confederation of the 16 public school districts in Franklin County. The Council provides a forum for district leaders to gather together to discuss issues in education and develop and implement innovative educational programs. The Council's programs address needs that have been identified by the districts and community partners.

Volunteer Opportunity

The Educational Council is currently seeking volunteers to assist students in the after school program, KIDSConnect. KIDSConnect serves middle school students in southeastern Franklin County including Canal Winchester, Groveport Madison, Hamilton Local and Whitehall City School Districts. Volunteers will assist students in homework completion, developing life skills, exploring professional and career goals, and establish a caring relationship with the students.
