Anika Woods is Human Resources Manager at specialty clothing retailer Justice and a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters for more than four years.

She mentors a little sister and is deeply involved in her life,  becoming close with her family, and providing a positive role model and a guiding hand.  Anika spends time with her little sister by attending school events, taking her to local events in Columbus, or just seeing a movie together or catching up over a meal.  Anika's little sister wants to be a designer when she grows up, and Anika is able to offer advice about what it takes to be a designer based on her experience working at Justice.  "We talk about attending college and the importance of education," says Anika.

"My little has been a blessing to me and I receive just as much as I give," says Anika.
