Lisa Cliff is the Vice President of Sales at Glory Foods, and has been a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters for over three years.

Lisa says she became a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters because "I remember my struggles as a young person, and I imagine myself in the shoes of young people today who need support and a helping hand."

Lisa and her little sister have become very close. "It is wonderful because we really have a connection," Lisa says.One of the special bonds they have is poetry. With Lisa's encouragement, her little sister now shares the poetry she has written with her teachers at school, which gives them better insight into her talents and interests. Lisa looks forward to many more years mentoring her little sister, and providing a helping hand to guide her.
