Drum Roll Please! Columbus Kids' Public Relations team wins award

columbus-kids_copyColumbus Kids: Ready. Set. Learn is a groundbreaking initiative that offers Learning Checkups that help Columbus preschoolers get off to the right start in school and in life. In its first year it has recruited 106 community partners, expanded into a third community and successfully administered Learning Checkups to 1,330 phase one preschoolers or 100% of children aged 21/2 to 4 years old in Weinland Park and central city Columbus.  This far exceeds expectations and surpasses ambitious goals for reaching families with pre-school children. 

One big reason for this success is the effective communication developed by MurphyEpson and Pentella Communications.  Their efforts have been recognized with a "Best of Industry" Prism Award from the Public Relations Society of America . The award reflects the quality of work on this project and commitment by all to make it truly the best.   

MurphyEpson and Pentella Communications were recognized for their work on this project with a perfect score from the judges. The Prism award is the highest award for excellence. The award was received in the category of New Products or Services,
Non-profit Organization.
