Library program offers reading help 'in the moment'

Garth Bishop with SNP Online reported on United Way's initiative Ready to Read, "With its Ready to Read Corps program about to enter another central city neighborhood, the Columbus Metropolitan Library has turned its eye to some outer areas for its next expansion."

"The program works with local agencies to help parents and caregivers of low-income families provide their children with pre-reading skills and offer greater access to books and other materials, when they might not otherwise get them." Garth reports.
