Your unique perspective and approach is given a voice through United Way of Central Ohio’s Pride Leadership. This training program is designed to give people in the LGBT community the knowledge, skills, and confidence to serve on volunteer boards and committees. Our community gains a much needed voice when your strengths and experience are connected to leadership roles in central Ohio.
