Rebuilding Together Central Ohio

An all volunteer effort that restores homes owned by elderly, disabled and low-income families to warm, safe, dry and dignified conditions. Services determined by need and program resources. Applications and donations accepted year round.

Rebuilding Together's Tool Library offers free access to quality tools to individual homeowners and renters in central Ohio to make moderate to large-scale repairs to their properties. Residents can borrow and return tools during the hours of 8am to 11am and 1pm to 3pm, Tuesdays through Saturdays. Typical tools available include: garden tools such as rakes, rototiller, rotary lawn mowers, shovels, trimmers, etc.; and home repair tools such as drills, reciprocal saws, pliers, ladders, walk boards, painting equipment. There are no income restrictions for eligibility, and nonprofit organizations may also qualify to borrow tools for special projects.
