South Side Learning and Development Center

It is the mission of the South Side Learning & Development Centers to provide quality, affordable child care through educational programming that promotes positive emotional, social, physical and cognitive growth and development in preparation for success in school and in life.
Two locations, accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) provide quality early care and education for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. Both sites are open year round, Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm.
Programming is responsive to the early stimulation and evolving needs of the whole child inclusive of comprehensive services that are: enriched with age appropriate developmental and educational activities; focused on empowering diversity awareness and sensitivity; and geared toward support of the family structure. Special needs and emergency care services are provided.
