THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO KICK OFF YOUR HEELS, PULL BACK YOUR HAIR, ROLL UP YOUR SLEEVES AND GET DOWN TO BUSINESS.
What does it take to become a member of the Women’s Leadership Council?
It takes passion, commitment, and a desire to make a real difference in our community. In addition, we ask that each member join with a contribution of $1,000 (over their current gift, where applicable) to United Way of Central Ohio.
As a member of the WLC, you will share your time and talents with an amazing group of women who not only want to see positive change in the community—they want to create it.
Our chair Tanny Crane, President and CEO of Crane Group, has been joined by three co-chairs: Karen Days, Interim President of the Center for Child and Family Advocacy at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Liza Kessler, Partner-in-Charge at Jones Day, and Beth Pritchard, North American Advisor of the Alshaya Group and former President and CEO of Bath and Body Works. These women are providing the strong leadership the WLC needs in its inaugural year.
One of the best ways for new members to make sure their voices are heard, and they are getting the most out of the WLC experience, is to serve on a committee. Opportunities are available in the areas of:
