Acloché strives for 100% participation, and provides leadership on their campaign from the very top. The company’s CEO writes a letter to all employees, providing a personal endorsement for the campaign and encouraging full participation. Because Acloché’s business includes multiple locations, a special effort is made to ensure that all associates at all locations and all levels are involved, and that all are recognized with such rewards as a pizza party at each location for all associates who donate.


Walking the Talk

Leaders at Acloché do more than just talk about involvement. They are expected to volunteer at a United Way agency, and they take their managers along with them, to provide first-hand experience and understanding. Tours of United Way agencies are encouraged, and agency representatives speak at company meetings to further expand the knowledge and awareness of the value United Way provides to the community.
